Desert Smash

The 22nd Annual Desert Smash, the premier celebrity tennis and entertainment charity event, is scheduled for March 2–3, 2026, at the La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, California. 

The 2026 event will officially benefit the USTA Foundation, which supports tennis, education, and mentorship for youth in under-resourced communities. 

Event Schedule
The two-day extravaganza serves as a kickoff to the professional tennis season in the Coachella Valley, leading up to the BNP Paribas Open. 

Monday, March 2, 2026: Celebrity Pickleball Challenge
A dedicated afternoon featuring Hollywood talent and professional pickleball players competing at the La Quinta Tennis Stadium.

Tuesday, March 3, 2026: Desert Smash Tennis Exhibition
The main event features high-energy matches between A-list celebrities and world-class tennis pros.

Time: Gates open at 12:00 PM; matches run from approximately 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Talent: World No. 7 Alex de Minaur is confirmed to make his event debut.
