“We brought Castelli’s Ristorante to the Coachella Valley in 1988, along with our original recipes,” says co-owner John Castelli. “These recipes, like Grandma’s, have remained unchanged, and that’s why they’re so special.”
John and Michael Castelli moved their family and restaurant from San Clemente to the desert, bringing with them the traditions of Italian dining.
