This holiday season, Grapefruit Basil at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa invites guests and locals to gather around the table for an unforgettable holiday brunch crafted by Chef de Cuisine Colton Hargrove. Known for his fresh, seasonal approach to cuisine, Chef Hargrove brings warmth and creativity to every dish, ensuring that Thanksgiving and Christmas dining will be as festive as it is flavorful.

For Thanksgiving, indulge in a celebratory brunch featuring comforting favorites and inspired seasonal twists. Highlights include Autumn-Spiced Yogurt Parfaits with poached pear and cinnamon-dusted cranberries, a Freshly Baked Viennoiserie Basket served with pumpkin butter and cranberry preserves, and Sweet Potato Pancakes drizzled with maple bourbon syrup. Guests can also savor a vibrant Heirloom Beet & Burrata Salad for a refreshing touch of color and texture.

The celebration continues with a Christmas Brunch designed to capture the joy of the season. The menu features Champagne-Poached Jumbo Shrimp with pink peppercorn cocktail sauce, a hearty Roast Stuffed Pork Loin with pine nuts, spinach, and mushrooms, and a decadent Buche de Noël (Yule Log) filled with hazelnut praline cream. Guests can also sip from the Signature Warm Beverage Bar, offering house-made hot chocolate with peppermint cream and spiced apple cider — perfect for toasting the holidays in the desert.

Both brunches will be served from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with Thanksgiving priced at $115 per person ($50 for children 12 and under) and Christmas at $109 per person ($45 for children 12 and under).
