Desert Anthology is an annual cultural publication celebrating the artists, photographers, writers, architects, designers, and dreamers interpreting the desert as more than a destination — but as a living cultural landscape.
Each volume gathers voices from different desert communities, creating conversations across landscapes, regions, and generations.
For Volume 1, we explore the creative dialogue between California’s High Desert and Low Desert regions, bringing together perspectives that reveal the many dimensions of this evolving landscape.
We welcome submissions for consideration:
