Calling all pasta-lovers! Enjoy an interactive opportunity to learn the art of pasta making in a hands-on session led by Trio’s executive chef, Jeremy Loomis. Chef Jeremy will teach the tricks and techniques of making pappardelle from scratch. Guests will also learn how to prepare one of Jeremy’s delicious sauces and receive a recipe card to take home along with some fresh pasta to try at home. The Mobius Conference is once again bringing together a dynamic group of speakers from throughout the country to meet with and engage Coachella Valley students, artists, and community leaders. The conference will take place April 17-18 at five different venues including Sunnylands Center and Gardens, PKS3 Studio, and the Coachella Library. Over 1,000 students are expected to attend programs directed toward career development, media diversity, civic engagement, and AI technology.
