Tacos & Tequila is getting an upgrade – Tommy Bahama is introducing La Comida & Tequila at all Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar locations and extending the timing of this special menu! From September 4-November 17, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar locations will be offering special cocktails and dishes as part of their La Comida & Tequila menu. In addition to the delicious lunch & dinner menus, Tommy Bahama will add this special menu that features four new tequila cocktails and four unique dishes, offering an elevated twist on classic Mexican cuisine. There’s no better way to wrap up Summer and celebrate these special menu items than with La Comida & Tequila.
The special La Comida & Tequila menu will include tasty Latin-inspired dishes to pair with new tequila cocktails:
- Aguachile – Peruvian Bay Scallops, Argentinian Red Shrimp, Halibut or Snapper (Halibut west coast, Snapper east coast/TX), Cucumber, Pickled Red Onions, Rancho Gordo Hominy, Tajin House-Made Chips
- Seafood Posole Verde – Green Chile & Clam Broth, Manila Clams, Peruvian Bay Scallops, Halibut or Snapper (Halibut west coast, Snapper east coast/TX), Cilantro, Traditional Accompaniments: Lime, Radish, Red Onion, Jalapeno
- Duroc Pork Carnitas Flautas – Chile Ancho, Apple Cider Jus, Pickled Raisin, Apple Slaw, Lime Sour Cream, Cotija Cheese
- Spinach & Sunchoke Enchiladas – Oaxaca Cheese, Salsa Verde, Pomegranate, Sunchoke Puree

- Dancing in the Dark – A twist on the classic Espresso Martini, made with smooth El TequilenoReposado, bold espresso and Liquor 43.
- Tres A’s – A dark and smoky cocktail made with Patron Extra Anejo, nutty Amaretto, and Free Brothers Chocolate Bitters.
