Agua Caliente Casinos has announced an exciting new culinary event, Raising The Steaks, a collaborative dining series debuting this summer at The Steakhouse in Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage. The premiere installment will feature celebrated East Coast chef and restaurateur David Burke, whose modern American steakhouse concept, Red Horse by David Burke, will take over the Forbes Four-Star venue from June 13 to 26, 2025.
The two-week culinary pop-up will blend East Coast sophistication with West Coast innovation, bringing Burke’s signature dishes—such as his famous Clothesline Bacon and DB Cake Pop Tree—to the desert. In collaboration with Executive Chef Juan Morales, the menu will fuse classic Steakhouse favorites with inventive offerings from Burke’s East Coast locations. Guests can also expect distinctive design elements, including Red Horse’s iconic red-and-white bridle bit wallpaper and signature dinnerware.

Red Horse at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage will offer dinner service only, Sunday–Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, and Friday–Saturday until 11 PM. Reservations are now available on OpenTable.com.
