Azure Palm Cafe is a foodie gem nestled in Desert Hot Springs on Miracle Hill overlooking Mt San Jacinto mountains and placed within the comfort of Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa Oasis – a first-rate wellness center.
Azure Palm Cafe offers a hearty and healthy menu including vegetarian options, delicious fresh juices, coffee, teas and wines. Service is friendly, fast and welcoming. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeout.
Some items that stood out were: Black Bean Walnut Burger served with taro chips and a pickle, Pesto Chicken Sandwich served with quinoa power slaw, BBQ Chicken Pizza and Harvest Delight salad. All juices are refreshing and recommended for their rich blend of favors. My personal favorite was the: The Golden Green Juice made with pineapple, cucumber, apples, mint and turmeric root.
A few tasty desserts on the menu: Seasonal Cobbler and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Snacks available all day: Hummus with warm Pitas and vegetables, Vegan Breakfast muffin, Mesquite Cookies made with white chocolate, cranberry, pistachio and mesquite flour.
I look forward to visiting Azure Palms Cafe again and tying more items on the menu – and perhaps stay to indulge in a rejuvenating hot springs spa experience.
