Palm Springs Art Museum Spring Exhibitions Party celebrates the opening of the newest exhibition "A Shadow Set Free," a selection of works that convey an otherworldly aura. THEME: Spring Noir Dress in striking hues—sapphire blue, ruby red, amethyst purple, citrine yellow, forest green. Flaunt your finest spring garb in an ambience of light and shadow. Guests will enjoy live music, in-museum activations, curated cocktails, and delectable bites. Joshua Tree Music Festival has been curating extraordinary musical experiences for over 20 years. This May’s roster boasts a stellar array of artists, including Grammy-winning blues artist Fantastic Negrito, boundary-pushing duo Moon Hooch, singer-songwriter extraordinaire Steve Poltz, and soulful sensation Madison McFerrin. Joshua Tree Music Festival lineups invite music lovers to immerse themselves in a sonic journey. They feature artists on-the-rise alongside esteemed global acts, local and international musicians, a few surprises and a whole lot of talent.

Cinema Diverse, the annual Palm Springs celebration of LGBTQ+ films and filmmakers returns this September for its seventeenth edition. The festival opens on Thursday, September 19th at 7pm, and runs to Sunday, September 22nd, then takes a brief break before returning on Thursday, September 26th and running to Sunday, September 29th.

Palm Springs Pride, the largest free Pride festival in Southern California, is a week-long celebration of unity, diversity, and equality. Neon Trees opens the Festival on October 31st, Sister Sledge headlines Nov 2, and George Michael Reborn on Nov 3. Fifty acts will be presented on four stages as the city transforms into a vibrant hub of events, culminating in the spectacular Pride Parade on November 3rd. This year's theme, "Be You," encourages self-expression, inclusivity, and love, reflecting Palm Springs' dedication to cherishing the value and dignity of all people.
