Food lovers across the desert are getting ready for one of the tastiest events of the year as Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week returns May 29 through June 7, bringing together some of the Coachella Valley’s most celebrated restaurants for ten days of curated dining experiences and special menus.
Presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, the annual event invites both locals and visitors to explore the region’s diverse culinary scene through specially priced prix fixe lunches, dinners, and exclusive dining specials.
Organized by Visit Greater Palm Springs, Restaurant Week has become a highly anticipated tradition that showcases the creativity and talent of chefs and restaurateurs throughout the valley.
“Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week is an open invitation to explore the depth and creativity of our desert’s culinary scene,” said Todd Burke. “Each year, it brings our community and visitors together to discover new favorites, celebrate our chefs and the talented teams behind every dining experience, and savor the richness that defines dining in Greater Palm Springs.”
This year’s participating restaurants span the entire Coachella Valley, offering everything from elevated gastropub fare and authentic Mexican cuisine to Mediterranean-inspired dining and classic American comfort food.

Highlighted participants include:
- Alice B. — Known for its vibrant Mediterranean-inspired cuisine from acclaimed chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken, the restaurant continues to be one of Palm Springs’ standout dining destinations.
- Café One Eleven — Featuring locally sourced ingredients and elevated American classics in a refined desert setting.
- Seven Olive Modern Gastropub — Serving chef-driven pub fare including birria taquitos, Wagyu burgers, and braised lamb shank.
- Double Date — Inspired by the Coachella Valley’s date-growing legacy with a menu blending California and Italian flavors.
- Mole Mexican Kitchen — Showcasing bold Mexican flavors crafted with locally sourced ingredients.
- Coachella Firehouse Bar & Grill — Delivering wood-fired pizzas, specialty burgers, and comfort food favorites in the heart of downtown Coachella.
- Delicias Mexican Cuisine — Celebrated for Michoacán-style dishes and handmade tortillas inspired by Mexico City’s diverse culinary influences.
- Jackalope Ranch — Offering smoked BBQ, prime steaks, and elevated American classics in a sprawling ranch-style atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy prix fixe lunch menus priced at $15, $25, or $35, while dinner experiences will range from $29 to $59 depending on the restaurant and menu offerings. Select locations will also feature unique Restaurant Week specials available exclusively during the event.
Beyond celebrating the valley’s food scene, Restaurant Week also supports the local community. For every reservation made through the official event website, $1 will be donated to FIND Food Bank to help fight hunger across the Coachella Valley.
