As summer heats up in August, Splash House has proven to be the hottest ticket in town. After a year hiatus due to COVID-19, the festival weekender will take place August 13-15 and 20-22 to celebrate its eighth summer anniversary. Known for its forward-thinking dance music curation and poolside parties that make it a renowned destination for music fans and travelers.
Whether you are spending the weekend dancing poolside to the latest beats, splashing with your mates or relaxing in your floatie – there are plenty of Eat/Drink/Treat choices in Palm Springs to satisfy your hunger and stay cool under the sun. From local favored brewing to mouth watering burgers, Baja inspired tacos, Italian pastas, vegan options, grab-and-go sandwiches, fresh pizza, delicious specialty coffee, organic plant-based juice or ice cream with a local twist.

Stout Burgers
Stout Burgers is THE destination for gourmet burgers made in-house daily along with a selection of carefully curated local and international craft beers, wine and specialty cocktails.
The styles of burgers include beef cooked medium rare plus organic ground chicken – both ground in-house daily. Vegetarian and vegan options are available with our house-made quinoa-based and Beyond Meat patties, but also the new protein-packed HEMP burger.
We dress each burger with a variety of handcrafted toppings, including sauces and dips, onions cooked down to the sweetness of maple syrup, specialty cheeses, smoky bacon, fresh arugula, and roasted tomatoes. Sides like fries, tots, pretzels and salads round out the menu, but we’re also famous for our à la mode Bread Pudding!

Chef Tanya’s Kitchen
Chef Tanya’s Kitchen was recently rated #3 in the top 25 restaurants by Yelp. The rating included both the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley in the statistics. Not bad for all vegan deli and marketplace! Chef Tanya is definitely a vegan on a mission to bring carnivores and vegans to the table and enjoy a great meal. Try the best selling Chupacabra Chicken or the Coachella Forever Salad. The house cultured tempeh in the Guadalajara Burger is what prompted Chef Tanya to start a vegan restaurant as there is no finer feeling than eating fresh tempeh.
